Within our Cyber Security & Resilience unit, we work to protect critical infrastructure and develop sustainable security solutions for the future. We are now seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist who wants to contribute to strengthening cybersecurity in critical operations.

Job Description

Areas of work:

• Work as a consultant on strategic and technical assignments for key clients in defense and critical societal organizations
• Independently plan and execute assignments based on client needs
• Perform technical planning, risk management, and reporting to management teams
• Implement and work with standards in one or more of the following: ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, R155/156, NIST CSF, or IEC62443

You will be a key player in contributing to the development of organizations, products, and services with a focus on security. The consultant role involves both participating in and driving competence-building activities and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a Master of Science in Engineering (mandatory), preferably with a focus on information technology, alternatively IT, information security, or similar fields
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic roles within business-critical organizations
• Documented experience working with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, R155/156, and preferably NIST or IEC62443
• Very good English skills (Danish or Norwegian is a plus)

Merits:

• Experience with DevSecOps, product and service development
• Background in defense or other critical societal operations
• Certifications in ITIL or similar
• Accreditation

Security Clearance & Education Verification

As we often work on classified assignments, this position may require security clearance and registry checks before employment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
