What does the role offer?

As a Project Purchaser at Modexa, you will have a central role in the company's project deliveries – from procurement to final delivery. You will step into a position where projects are numerous, complex, and often involve special solutions, making your contribution crucial to ensuring the right materials, products, and services are in place on time.

The role combines operational purchasing with clear project coordination in the delivery phase. You will work closely with project managers, sales, procurement, and suppliers, becoming the one who creates structure, security, and pace in the projects. Here you will have the opportunity to influence working methods, build supplier relationships, and contribute to effective, sustainable, and commercial purchases in an organization that is growing and constantly developing.

The position is based in Västerås or Borås, and travel is required.

Who are you?

To succeed, you have experience from project operations where you have independently driven operational purchases from request to delivery. You have coordinated suppliers against clear deadlines and ensured that purchases follow budget, specifications, and schedules. You are used to working with tender documents and public procurement, preferably under the Public Procurement Act (LOU), and translating requirements into commercial purchasing decisions. You compare, negotiate, and ensure the right quality at the right price with an understanding of how purchasing affects margins. You speak Swedish very well, have basic English, and hold a B driver's license.

Experience from construction/real estate-related projects, LOU, and an existing supplier network is an asset.

As a person, you take initiative, are driven by results, and work in a structured manner. You drive the work forward, create clarity in projects, and ensure deliveries take place according to plan. Having a humble attitude and a business mindset is considered a prerequisite for thriving with us, where you also contribute to development.
