Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association running social therapeutic LSS activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

You should enjoy learning new things, be attentive, and show commitment to the job. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and feel comfortable asking questions when needed.

Qualifications: You need to have education in care and welfare, equivalent education, or relevant experience working within care and welfare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a B-class driver's license are mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered meritorious.

Tasks: Your duties include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform activities in daily life, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Working hours: Scheduled hours including evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duty.
