Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association operating social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show interest in the job. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and dare to ask questions when necessary.

Qualifications: You need to have education in care and welfare, equivalent education, or experience working within care and welfare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a Class B driver's license are also mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as well as experience working with people with disabilities is considered an asset.

Job Duties: Your tasks include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform activities in daily life, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Working Hours: Scheduled working hours including evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.
