Do you want to lead an established, licensed operation with a clear mission and a solid foundation? We are currently seeking a reliable and competent manager for our HVB (Specialized Housing and Care) facility in Malmköping.

The operation is licensed by IVO (National Board of Health and Welfare) according to Chapter 7, Section 1 of the Social Services Act (SoL).

About the Operation

Our HVB offers 35 places for men and women aged 50 and above living with mental health issues and moderate care needs. Placements are made according to the Social Services Act (SoL), and the operation is built on a holistic approach where security, stability, and respect are central values.

We work in a home-like environment where structure and continuity provide good conditions for well-being and daily support.

Your Assignment

As the manager and license holder, you are responsible for leading, quality-assuring, and developing the operation in accordance with current legislation and guidelines. You will drive both the daily operations and the long-term development work.

Your tasks include:

• Overall responsibility for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance according to SoL.
• Personnel management, leadership, and work environment.
• Ensuring documentation, implementation plans, and systematic follow-up.
• Handling deviations and internal quality assurance.
• Collaboration and contact with placing municipalities and authorities.
• Developing and maintaining the operation's structure, routines, and methodology.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual who meets the requirements as a license holder, with the educational background and competence required to be a manager within HVB.

You have:

• Relevant higher education such as social work, behavioral science, nursing, or other education within social work that meets current requirements.
• Experience in healthcare, care, or social services.
• Documented experience in leadership and personnel management.
• Good knowledge of social services legislation.
• A reliable, structured, and responsible leadership style.
