Are you a gentle, kind, and responsible person looking for a meaningful job? Then this job is for you. Ideally, you have knowledge of sign language. You have experience with low-arousal responses and are fundamentally a calm and secure person with your feet on the ground. A driver's license and access to a car are required.

About me:
I am a happy and positive 26-year-old who works in daily activities. I have autism, a speech disorder, and Down syndrome. My communication mainly occurs through sign language. I feel good when I have control over my day and schedule and would like to know what will happen next, so I need your help to achieve that control and clarity. Being active is something I enjoy, and I like to play football, go to the swimming pool, or split/stack firewood. I enjoy being outdoors, listening to music, and watching YouTube.

I live in my own home a bit out in the countryside outside Järna, near my dad, and sometimes I stay over at my mom's in Strängnäs. I really enjoy being outside the big city where there is not so much stress. You are my important support in all situations, and even when I need some alone time and want to be by myself, it is important that you are nearby and see and hear what I see and hear. You need to support me in situations like meal times, personal hygiene, and other situations throughout the day. Working with me means you will have a happy and pleasant workplace with challenging and varied tasks!

On-call 6.75 hours per night.

The shifts are distributed between day, evening, and night. For the right person, there is a chance for 70-80% on the schedule.

A driver's license and access to a car are a must to reach the workplace. Sign language communication is a merit.
