About Nytida Lästringe-Alma The operation consists of two group homes, a service apartment, and a daily activity center located in Tystberga, 20 km north of Nyköping. One residence and the daily activity center are situated in a scenic environment on a farm. Our two other residences are stairwell apartments located in a residential area close to shops, pizzerias, and a café. We provide services according to LSS to individuals with varying needs and wishes, where the fundamental idea is to live life on one's own terms. Our services primarily aim to strengthen abilities and skills to promote independence and participation in community life.

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call duty.

You will have a group leader or unit manager close by who works part-time in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in healthcare or equivalent training. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
