About the job:

As a personal assistant, you provide support in everyday life to a person with a functional variation. The tasks vary and may include:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Household chores
• Accompanying to school, work, or leisure activities
• Social support in everyday life

Our clients are children, teenagers, and adults. Some live with their families, others in their own homes. What they have in common is the need for personal assistance to make everyday life work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Is responsible and attentive
• Is curious and open to learning new things
• Is flexible and enjoys working in a team
• Is empathetic and kind-hearted

Previous experience in care and support is an advantage but not a requirement; personal chemistry is something our clients value highly.

Salary:

At Vivida, as an assistant, you receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and any additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
