Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association running social therapeutic LSS activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show commitment to your work. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when necessary.

Qualifications

You must have education in care and welfare, equivalent education, or relevant experience working within care and welfare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer literacy and a B-class driver's license are mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered meritorious.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform activities in daily life, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Terms of Employment:

• Working hours: Scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duty.
• Employment level: Part-time, approx. 75%.
• We apply a 6-month probationary period.
