RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Labour Market Coach with a focus on activity requirements, you will:

Conduct assessments of individuals' resources, needs, and goals.
Provide support and coaching to participants subject to activity requirements.
Plan and follow up on activities, internships, and measures that lead closer to work or studies.
Collaborate with the Public Employment Service, employers, educational providers, and internal operations.
Document according to current guidelines and legislation.
Contribute to the development of the labour market unit's working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a genuine commitment to supporting people towards increased independence and self-sufficiency.

Requirements:

University education such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, pedagogy, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
Experience working with labour market issues, motivational work, or social work.
Good ability to meet people in various life situations and build trustworthy relationships.
Good administrative skills and experience with digital documentation.
