64-year-old woman seeking assistants:

The client is social, cheerful, and has a ready laugh in her daily life. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren, as well as being outdoors in the garden planting and taking photos. Shopping, browsing stores, and having a coffee break are appreciated. When the opportunity arises, she likes to bake her own coffee bread or take a car trip for an outing.

She requires assistance with most daily activities, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more.

The client needs patient assistants who are also direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

Working hours are scheduled for day/evening shifts, including weekends.

Requirements:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Experience in similar work involving care
• You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Non-smoker
• A dog is present at the workplace, so you must not be allergic.
• Valid driver's license

You are:

• Interested in gardening and plants
• Interested in photography
• Funny, social, and reliable
• Conscientious and responsible (the client places great importance on having a tidy and neat home)

You will be part of a work group consisting of engaged, positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans regarding everything that occurs in daily life.

You should be mature in your approach to different situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Good patience, humor, understanding, and the ability to take initiative are very important to the client.

It is required that you, as a personal assistant, are confident in yourself, responsive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.
