About the role

As a Security Project Manager at Bravida, you will have overall responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to completion. You ensure that projects deliver according to set goals regarding economy, quality, and time, while driving the work forward in close collaboration with both customers and colleagues.

The role is broad and varied, where you work with everything from resource planning and finance to procurement and ongoing follow-up. You have the mandate to make decisions within given frameworks and are responsible for ensuring that project purchases of materials, equipment, and services are conducted in a business-like manner. The work also includes preparing forecasts, managing tenders, and driving negotiations regarding additional work, while ensuring structured follow-up of contracts and suppliers. In parallel, you have an important leadership role where you coach and develop employees and create the right conditions for efficient staffing in projects.

You hold a central position with many points of contact and collaborate daily with customers, internal functions, authorities, as well as suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. Through your ability to build relationships and create trust, you become a key person in driving projects successfully from start to finish.

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will, among other things:

  • Be responsible for the technical and economic execution of projects based on contract agreements
  • Plan, follow up, and close projects while ensuring correct documentation
  • Ensure that the company's systems for quality, environment, and working environment are followed
  • Continuously report on project progress and economic status
  • Be responsible for procurement and ordering of materials, equipment, and services
  • Lead and distribute work for installers and conduct development interviews
  • Work actively with upselling and identify business opportunities
  • Manage contracts and follow up on suppliers and subcontractors
  • Participate in tendering and negotiate regarding additional work (ÄTA)
  • Prepare forecasts and follow up on project economics

We are looking for you who

  • Have relevant post-secondary education
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in the security industry
  • Have experience in a leadership role
  • Have good knowledge in finance and project follow-up
  • Have experience working with digital tools
  • Have knowledge in contract law
  • Have worked as a delivery or functional manager
  • Have good knowledge of security technology at a management level
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Hold a B driver's license

Since the role is security-classified, it is also required that you:

  • Are a Swedish citizen
  • Can present an approved extract from the criminal register

It is an advantage if you have

  • Authorized engineer in burglar alarms or CCTV
  • Experience with systems such as Integra, RCO, or similar
  • Knowledge within AFF
