Assistant Property Manager at Willhem in Borås

Are you looking for an exciting and varied role within the real estate industry? We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Willhem Borås and are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop alongside us.

Willhem Borås owns and manages approximately 3,400 apartments. With us, you will be welcomed by a great team of about 20 people, all with different roles within property management.

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be offered a broad role where you support the Property Manager in many aspects of management. You will be a key player regarding customer contact but will also have many other contact points, such as with authorities and our central leasing function. The position includes both administrative tasks within finance and management as well as more practical tasks where you are out in our properties performing 3D scans and apartment viewings. In the long term, this may also involve inspections of apartments during relocations. You will be given significant personal responsibility, and for the right person, there is an opportunity to grow in your role with more and larger tasks within property management, as well as social and sustainability issues.

Examples of Tasks

• Regular coordination and collaboration with our central leasing function.
• 3D scanning of apartments for digital viewings and conducting on-site apartment viewings.
• Handling customer invoicing and following up on rental losses and late payments.
• Communication with our tenants and handling cases such as disturbances, debt collection, and unauthorized subletting.
• Responsible for the add-on process, as well as campaigns and upselling within this area.
• Reception and office management.
• Participate in and contribute to the local business planning and results.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you are expected to take initiative, structure your work, and find solutions even when all conditions are not given. To enter the role in a good way, we believe you have previous experience in some of the areas of real estate, customer service, administration, and/or finance. Relevant education in, for example, property management or finance is highly meritorious.

You have good computer skills, find it easy to learn new systems, and have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Additional language skills are an asset. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, you are self-reliant, structured, and business-minded, with the ability to prioritize and drive your work forward. You are also a team player who contributes with positive energy, willingness to collaborate, and a solution focus.
