Nimbus operations in Lugnås continue to grow, and we are now seeking an experienced Production Manager.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

In the role of Production Manager at Nimbus Group in Lugnås, you will serve as a first-line manager reporting directly to the Production Director.

You are responsible for daily operations, covering both production and personnel. Here, leadership means being where the action is. You will spend more time on the production floor than behind a screen, close to your employees and the operations.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop your team in daily work

• Ensure efficient flows, quality, and delivery precision

• Follow up on results, analyze deviations, and drive improvements

• Work closely with Production Technicians, Production Planners, and Team Leaders

• Contribute to developing work methods, routines, and structure in production

Your leadership sets the direction for both results and work climate.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with a solid background in the manufacturing industry who is accustomed to leading in a production-focused environment.

You have:

• Experience in a similar leadership role

• A good understanding of production with many components

• A technical interest and the ability to see the big picture

• Good knowledge of the Office package

• Experience with ERP systems (experience with Monitor is a merit)
