Job Description

We are looking for a genuine team player who is passionate about Supply Chain Management and wants to grow together with us and our clients. At AFRY Supply Chain Management, you will become part of a strong, knowledgeable, and warm team of approximately 50 consultants within logistics, production, and procurement. We are now looking to expand further and are seeking a junior consultant for the Gothenburg area.

Our assignments vary greatly depending on the client's needs – from complex transformation projects to more focused analyses. Regardless of the assignment, you will work closely with the client's operations, often in cross-functional teams or directly on-site in their environment. Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to understand problems in depth are key factors for thriving with us.

Examples of tasks:

• Analyze and develop layouts and material flows (greenfield & brownfield)
• Feasibility studies, implementations, and project management within logistics and production development
• Work strategically and operationally with material and production planning

Qualifications

To get a good start with us, we require an engineering degree. You should be a recent graduate or have a few years of work experience, ready for an exciting challenge! We prefer that your education is focused on production, logistics, and technology, and that you have training in or experience with simulation software such as AutoMod, FlexSim, Siemens Plant Simulation, and/or Visual Components.

As a person, you are analytical, communicative, driven, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in social settings and are passionate about teamwork where we can achieve fantastic results together! Sharing your knowledge with clients and colleagues is a given.

We also value that you are independent, proactive, and able to take your own initiatives as you will be working in a consulting role.

It is important that you are interested in building contacts both internally and externally. You are responsive to the client's needs and take responsibility for solving any problems that may arise quickly, efficiently, and with high quality.

In addition, you must have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B-class driver's license, as business travel may occur.
