YOUR DAY TO DAY As a Production Manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing daily work within production during daytime hours. You ensure that production flows according to plan, with a focus on quality, delivery precision, and working environment.

You work closely with your team, support operational matters, and drive improvement work forward. The role also involves collaboration with other functions in the organization to optimize flows and achieve set goals.

WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with experience in a leading role within production, such as a Team Leader or Production Manager. You are confident in your leadership, enjoy working close to the operations, and have a strong ability to create engagement within your team.

Experience from the manufacturing industry is considered an asset.
