The function serves as administrative support to social workers and case handlers, responsible for ensuring that cases are registered, prepared, and communicated according to established routines and timeframes.
The role is a vital part of the case flow before and after council decisions, ensuring that documents are registered correctly, handled in the right systems, and that decisions are communicated to relevant parties, users, or in some cases, the court.
The work is clearly structured and governed by routines, checklists, and deadlines. Therefore, it requires high accuracy and the ability to work systematically to ensure that every step is carried out with good quality and on time.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a genuine interest in working with this target group and an understanding of what it means to work under strict confidentiality. Furthermore, you need to have:
- Upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on social sciences, behavioral sciences, economics, or law.
- Experience of equivalent administrative work within a public authority.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in listening, speaking, and writing.
Previous experience working with the systems Combine and Evolution is an asset.
We are looking for someone who is structured and creates order by planning, prioritizing, and following routines for an efficient workflow. You are stable and maintain calm in stressful situations, secure in both responsibility and decision-making. You are also solution-oriented and tackle challenges with a focus on finding practical and sustainable solutions that support the organization's needs.
