About the Job

We are looking for someone who wants an exciting and developing job. You will have a varied role involving many points of contact. Responsibilities

You will contribute to good care and support for users in their homes. You will work with individualized care, which may include social and physical activities. In your work, you will assist users with health and medical care measures as well as rehabilitative measures based on prescriptions from licensed personnel.

Having a fixed care contact is part of your work, meaning you have special responsibility for one or more individuals. Your work also includes ongoing documentation and responsibility for care plans.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks with the user's best interests in focus and is committed to completing started work. You have the ability to take initiative, build trusting relationships, and can work both independently and in collaboration with others.

Requirements:

• Proof of a protected professional title for assistant nurse from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or alternatively, a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as an assistant nurse as of July 1, 2023.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.
• Ability to ride a bicycle.

Merits:

• College diploma in health and social care.
• Experience of similar work and/or education in dementia care.
• Experience with documentation.

Other Information

• You will work scheduled hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• The position is a permanent employment at 100%.
• Your primary workplace will be the Center East unit, but you are employed by the entire Social Welfare Sector of Lidköping Municipality, which means work may occur at several different units.
• Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
