We are looking for new colleagues for both home care and our special housing.

For home care, we are seeking three employees and for the special housing, we are seeking two employees.

We are two different units but we strive for the same goal: to perform assistance-assessed services under the Social Services Act and to provide our care recipients in the municipality with a meaningful everyday life.

This is what you will be working with

You will perform regular tasks as a nursing assistant in elderly care. The work includes personal care and service tasks, and you will, together with your colleagues, have close responsibility/permanent care contact for the elderly.

We work with delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act.

You will actively work with implementation plans, planning, and documentation, as well as perform decided services according to the Social Services Act.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in the role of nursing assistant with us, you are secure, stable, and adapt your behavior to the situation. You easily adjust to changing circumstances, maintain a realistic perspective on the situation, and focus on the right things. You work well with other people and build good relationships, express yourself positively about your profession, and act in accordance with decisions made. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating, have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. You are confident in yourself and can distinguish between the personal and professional in your interactions.

You are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title, preferably with a focus on dementia care, geriatrics, health pedagogy, or special pedagogy.

You have a B driver's license and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Experience working in care and support, as well as computer skills in terms of journal documentation on both computer and smartphone, is an advantage.

The position is full-time day/evening, both weekdays and weekends according to schedule.
