Responsibilities

Working within a staffing pool means much more than just filling in where needed. It requires a higher level of competence, but also a personality that allows you to quickly adapt to different situations, workplaces, and people.

As a pool employee, you constantly meet new colleagues, routines, and expectations. This means you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and confident in your professional role. The ability to build trust quickly and contribute directly to the workgroup is crucial. You will also perform delegated health and medical tasks according to the Health and Medical Care Act.

Responsibilities as a Support Assistant:

• Provide support and assistance to users in their daily lives, both at home and in other activities.
• Follow and document individual plans for each user and ensure that their needs are met.
• Work together with other professionals to create a safe and developing environment for the user.
• Participate in and support activities that promote social participation and personal development.
• Be a support in medication management and ensure that the right medications are taken at the right time.
• Manage and support various types of training or rehabilitation that the user may need.
• Work to promote and maintain good communication with users and their relatives.
• Ensure that all routines and guidelines are followed to maintain high quality and safety in the work.

As an employee in the staffing pool, you often have the opportunity to control your own schedule and work in different departments. The Staffing Unit places great importance on introduction and continuous professional development to ensure that staff are well prepared to work in different environments and with various tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education in the Health and Care Program or the Child and Leisure Program, focusing on pedagogical and social work. Preferably with professional experience in similar operations. The work as a care assistant/support assistant in the Staffing Pool places high demands on personal responsibility, flexibility, and a professional demeanor.

As a person, you are confident in yourself, structured, quality-conscious, service-oriented, and have a strong personal commitment. We place great importance on personal suitability with a focus on enjoying large variations in work. You have good computer skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.
