We are looking for summer substitutes for home care – day/evening during the period of June-August.

Where can you work?

Home care is available in three areas:

• Sexdrega (Northern home care)
• Svenljunga center – (Central home care)
• Östra Frölunda and Överlida (Southern home care)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In home care, you will have varied tasks that all aim to support or help other people in their own homes based on individual needs and decided interventions. The tasks include personal care, which may involve assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, toilet visits, transfers, and support during meals. The work also includes tasks such as cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, changing bed linens, and simpler household chores, as well as accompanying clients on walks or providing guidance.

Your days with us are varied and challenging, and your creativity and problem-solving skills are often put to the test. The work requires a strong commitment, and we expect you to actively participate in developing and improving the operations. At the same time, you will receive a lot of appreciation in return!

QUALIFICATIONS
Training in care and nursing or previous experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement.

Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in working with people and creating conditions for them to feel good.
• Is engaged, attentive, flexible, and structured.
• Has a positive attitude towards both care recipients and colleagues.
• Can easily collaborate with different personalities.

We also have some requirements:

• You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You have a B driver's license.
• You are accustomed to using digital devices for information gathering and documentation.
• You can work both day, evening, and every other weekend.
