The Women's Clinic at the University Hospital in Linköping/Motala works with all branches of women's healthcare: All forms of gynecological outpatient and inpatient care with a focus on highly specialized care, cancer surgery, day surgery, infertility treatments, and all types of obstetrics including maternal health care.

The Women's Clinic in Linköping provides care for patients in need of advanced women's health care from the entire Southeast healthcare region and has been conducting advanced surgery/specialist care for women from all over the country who have suffered injuries in the genital area during childbirth for many years.

Job Description

This is an exciting position as an anesthetic nurse that includes both an NHV assignment for childbirth injuries performed in the central operating room and a day surgery operation at the gynecological clinic at the Women's Clinic US. Here we work with both smaller and larger gynecological surgeries under sedation. We also have our own post-operative care. The work is very independent and responsible, where you have the opportunity to develop routines and working methods.

Who are we? Our employee group consists of registered nurses, specialist nurses in surgery and anesthetic care, specialist nursing assistants, and senior physicians in gynecology.

About You

You are an experienced nurse with a specialist education focused on anesthetic care and have several years of experience in the profession.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and enjoy new challenges. You are confident, self-sufficient, and structured and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. In your professional role, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

As you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other departments, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You also need to be able to handle various IT systems to perform daily care tasks.

We offer a full-time position with a start date according to agreement. The work involves day shifts Monday to Friday, and you are off on all public holidays.
