The home care service is based at Ullstämma security housing and is responsible for health care and rehabilitation at home in the southeastern parts of Linköping. We are now looking for a Physiotherapist. We provide you with an individually tailored introduction based on your experience.

About the role

The home care service provides health care and rehabilitation in the patient's home when they cannot get to their health center. In collaboration with primary care, specialist nursing assistants, and care staff, the home care service plans and performs the health care measures the patient needs.

Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you can provide each patient with the best possible quality of life.

Clear routines To create security and clarity for you, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists.

The home care service consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. We sit together in an open office landscape at Ullstämma security housing. We work together as a team to take responsibility for a holistic view of our patients and their needs. We work proactively and health-promoting with patient safety and patient satisfaction as guiding stars.

Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed physiotherapist, and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our patients are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both general knowledge about various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the special needs of the aging population. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are important.
