We are now looking for a resident doctor (ST-läkare) who is interested in the future of primary care at Doktor.se Mirum Vårdcentral.

About the role As a resident doctor, you will work broadly with different patient groups. You will be part of a large team but will have the opportunity to work independently under supervision and follow your own patients in a smaller team. Here, you will have the chance to utilize your skills as a doctor and develop within your profession.

Examples of tasks include:

• Doctor's appointments

• Elderly care

• Child health care

• Emergency appointments

Good mentorship and accessibility to colleagues are our focus. As a resident doctor, you should never feel alone in your decisions, and an open consultation climate is of great importance to us.

About you

We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to develop medically and in their professional role. We believe you are a flexible person who is engaged in your work as a doctor. We want you to focus on your patients and value collaboration with other colleagues. Other qualifications for the position include:

• Medical license

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience in primary care is a merit

• Desired start is as soon as possible, but of course, we will consider your notice period

• The position is a permanent employment on a full-time basis with an initial probationary period
