Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives this summer? We are now looking for engaged and responsible summer substitutes for our group home according to SoL.

About the organization

In our group home, adults with various support needs live. Our goal is to create a safe, meaningful, and independent everyday life for each individual. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and is based on respectful and individualized responses.

Job responsibilities

As a summer substitute, you will support the residents in their daily lives. The tasks may include:

• Providing support in daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Participating in and planning leisure activities together with the residents
• Working based on implementation plans and individual needs
• Documenting according to current routines
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a safe and positive environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in working with people
• Is responsible, flexible, and has a good attitude
• Can work independently but also in a team
• Is at least 18 years old
• Experience in care, support, or disability services is an advantage

Other

Working hours are varied and include days, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
