We are now looking for a chief veterinarian at Evidensia Animal Clinic Norrköping. Here you will have the opportunity to combine clinical work with a role where you lead the veterinary medical work at the clinic. At the same time, you will receive support from experienced chief veterinarians, a coordinating chief veterinarian, and a larger medical context within Evidensia.

As a chief veterinarian with us, you play an important role in leading and developing the veterinary medical work at the clinic. The assignment involves contributing to quality, development, and medical practices together with your colleagues.

The role involves no personnel responsibility. Instead, the focus is on medical leadership and creating good conditions for a well-functioning veterinary medical work at the clinic.

You will work closely with the clinic manager in Norrköping, and together you will lead the clinic towards new goals and opportunities.

As a chief veterinarian, you will also be part of a larger context. You will be part of a network of chief veterinarians and will have close cooperation with the chief veterinarians at Evidensia Valla Animal Hospital in Linköping. The group is led by a coordinating chief veterinarian who oversees the medical work and also works one day a week at the clinic in Norrköping.

The assignment has a clear job description and defined responsibilities, with support from both colleagues at the animal hospital in Linköping and Evidensia's central medical organization.

For those interested, there is also the opportunity to work one day a week at the animal hospital in Linköping.

The work is scheduled for weekdays, as the clinic is not open on weekends.

We are looking for you who are a licensed veterinarian with clinical experience and who wants to contribute to the development of veterinary medical quality at the clinic.

Requirements:

• Licensed veterinarian

• Clinical experience in small animal care

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish in both speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience or interest in medical leadership

• Experience from animal hospitals or larger clinical operations

• Specialist competence in dogs and cats
