We are looking for an engaged and responsible nursing assistant

We are looking for an engaged and responsible nursing assistant who wants to be part of our team at the Short-Term Accommodation Domherren. You should have a rehabilitative approach. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an organization that values both professionalism and human warmth. About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you will be an important part of the daily care work. Your work will include care, rehabilitation, support, and assistance with daily activities for our patients/users. You will work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to provide the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing interventions according to established routines and individual care plans.
• Support patients/users in daily activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobilization/training.
• Document and follow up on care actions in our journal system.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure good and cohesive care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have equivalent education. Previous experience in care and support is an advantage but not a requirement. You are responsible, flexible, attentive, and have a genuine interest in working with people. You find it easy to collaborate, are meticulous in your work, and have a positive attitude. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The position is a temporary position at 78.16% and is valid from June 3, 2026, until August 15, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
