Job responsibilities: Advanced health and medical care, participation in the delegation process for nursing staff, general and specific nursing, medical assessments and treatment responsibilities to ensure that individuals receive the care and treatment prescribed by doctors, establishing, participating in, and following care plans, guidance and advice to nursing staff in the work team according to the Client's established routines, reporting, processing and follow-up of deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work/organizational changes, archiving, as well as staffing telephone care to care (vtv). such as assessments, performing prescriptions, wound care, sampling, support/guidance to nursing staff, etc.

Requirements:

Nursing license

C1 Swedish

B driver's license

At least two (2) years of professional experience working as a nurse,

Have worked as a nurse in the last two (2) years and have competence and experience in handling advanced medical technical products such as medication pumps, probes, PEG, (changing, cuffing, nursing), sampling, KAD (inserting, flushing), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-cart (inserting needle, taking samples), PICC line, (dressing sampling), blood transfusions, CVK (dressing, sampling).

Must have served as a consulting nurse in the public sector or worked in the public sector

Swedish personal number for us to issue a regular SITHS card

Meritorious

Experience with documentation in Treserva health matters.

Does not require a full or half introduction (has worked at the same place before)

Experience working as a nurse in social psychiatry
