Humlan AB creates weddings, corporate events, and conferences where everything is included, from idea to finished experience.

We plan, produce, and execute the entire arrangement: logistics, venue, technology, staff, and suppliers. The customer should be able to let go of everything and know that it will be really good.

We have recently taken over the operation of Kaggeholm Castle. A place with history, feeling, and high expectations – where the details matter and the whole must fit together.

We are now looking for a person who wants to take responsibility for ensuring that the castle functions properly.

As housekeeper at Kaggeholm Castle, you will be responsible for the daily operations behind the scenes.

You will lead the staff on site, distribute the work, and ensure that cleaning, serving, and service run smoothly. You are the one who creates structure in everyday life – and ensures that quality is maintained every day.

It is as much about leadership as it is about feeling.

You will, among other things:

• Lead and distribute work for hourly staff

• Ensure that cleaning and order maintain a high standard in all environments

• Plan staffing and create structure in the daily work

• Be responsible for operations related to breakfast, conferences, and simpler serving

• Ensure that premises, rooms, and common areas are always ready for the next guest

• Identify what needs to be fixed – and ensure that it gets done

• Work closely with the event team before and during implementations

Desired Profile:

• Experience from hotels, conferences, restaurants, or similar operations

• Experience in leading or distributing work

• Very good structure and planning ability

• Ability to create order and clarity in teams

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in leading others and getting people to work together

• Takes responsibility and makes things happen

• Is solution-oriented and unpretentious

• Has an eye for both details and flows

You are the one who sees what needs to be done, sets direction, and makes it happen – together with others.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working as a housekeeper or in a similar role

• Have worked in environments with high quality demands (hotels, castles, restaurants)
