Good diagnostics require access to more or less advanced diagnostic techniques. To conduct an efficient and safe medical operation with good quality, we have gathered resource-intensive examinations within the Diagnostic Operations Area. This includes the medical specialties of radiology, clinical physiology, and nuclear medicine.

At our Clinical Physiology and Nuclear Medicine department, advanced examinations are performed using ultrasound, nuclear medicine technology, neurophysiological, and physiological methods. We are responsible for all electrophysiological methods such as ECG, Holter ECG, EEG, and EMG. Furthermore, we perform all special pressure and flow measurements in the urinary tract. Those of us working in the department include doctors, biomedical analysts, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, engineers, and hospital physicists.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking forward to welcoming a nursing assistant to our team!

At our Clinical Physiology and Nuclear Medicine department in Helsingborg, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with biomedical analysts, doctors, and engineers. You will have an important role where you are responsible for ECG recording, issuing long-term ECGs, handling sleep apnea investigations, and long-term blood pressure measurements.

The position also includes reception work, which involves patient registration, referral management, and booking.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the requirements set by the National Board of Health and Welfare for protected professional titles, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structures. It is an advantage if you have a focus on healthcare or emergency care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as experience working in Sectra RIS/PACS. We consider it particularly advantageous if you have experience working in clinical physiology and/or emergency care and cardiology.

We are looking for a person who is calm, flexible, and meticulous, with a good ability to prioritize and organize tasks even when conditions change rapidly. You thrive in a team-oriented work style but can also work independently and take great responsibility for your tasks.
