At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who want to work as a care assistant and wish to work throughout or part of the summer at our cozy nursing homes in Lund!

In April, we will take over three new operations in Lund – an exciting opportunity for you who want to be involved from the start and make a real difference in people's everyday lives.

About the role

As a care assistant at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Every day at Forenede Care, you will help shape the future of elderly care together with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a care assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of care assistant, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting an extension of your position or a permanent employment.

Job description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time/part-time summer positions starting on XXXX-XX-XX.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also consider previous experience in elderly care and dementia care as an advantage.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also request proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
