Lindhem is a care and nursing home in Osby municipality. Lindhem consists of 8 units.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform care tasks and manage medication according to delegation.
• Plan and develop work together with other staff and SSK.
• Establish and follow implementation plans.
• Take on representative assignments/responsibility areas.
• Carry out activities together with the care recipients.
• Work with Senior Alert and BPSD.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You must be a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title.
• Experience in care work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to document in writing in the operational systems required by the organization.
• You have good cooperation skills and a flexible attitude. The work is based on the care recipient's needs and requires you to be stress-resistant and solution-focused.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the organization.
