Working as a dental hygienist at Smile Dental Care

Preventive dental care is an obvious part of our offering – and as a dental hygienist, you play a central role in this work. You will perform standard tasks within the profession, such as support and periodontal treatments, pediatric dentistry, and simpler examinations. If necessary, assisting tasks may also be included in the role, which we hope you view positively.

At our clinics, we work unpretentiously and with a strong team focus. This means that we help each other in our daily work and share responsibility for clinic-wide tasks, such as sterilization work, payments, reception work, and administrative tasks.

With us, you will have great trust and freedom in your role. You are responsible for your own schedule, which creates a flexible and well-balanced workday. This, in turn, provides good conditions for high-quality treatments, satisfied patients, and a sustainable operation.

We have regular clinic and therapy meetings where we reflect, develop, and support each other together. Much of the collaboration also occurs in daily dialogue. As a dental hygienist, you work independently in your treatment room but are an integral part of the team, with close and continuous communication with dentists and colleagues regarding patient treatments – before, during, and after interventions – to ensure the best possible care.

At the clinic in Hässleholm, there is also a specialist dentist in periodontology present part-time, which creates good opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and further development in the periodontal field.

In addition to the above competencies, we see that you:

• Are a licensed dental hygienist

• Have previous work experience as a dental hygienist

• Speak & write good Swedish

Employment form and start date

We offer a permanent part-time position based on your preferences (approximately 50 - 62.5%), with the possibility to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
