In Helsingborg, we have started a mobile team that strengthens existing healthcare providers and offers safe and accessible care for patients who wish to receive medical care at home instead of in the hospital. The team acts as a coordinating hub and can assess, plan, prescribe, and perform interventions. Care is provided based on each individual patient's needs, with the goal of offering qualified care both medically and psychosocially. The team consists of doctors, nurses, social workers, and medical secretaries and operates physically from its own premises on Närlundavägen in Helsingborg.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Here you will have the time and space to see the whole person and create security in every meeting. We offer a developing and stimulating job where you will be able to use your entire medical competence as well as your psychosocial skills. You will lead and actively participate in planning around the patient's care together with other professionals in the team, and you will also collaborate with other healthcare providers. The position includes participating in development and improvement work where your ideas can truly make an impact.

We are open every day, all year round, with working hours between 08:00 and 17:00, which means that some weekend work is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed physician with specialist competence in geriatrics, internal medicine, general medicine, or another specialty that the employer considers relevant. Knowledge of the Swedish language at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement for the position. You also need to have a valid B driver's license as care is primarily provided in patients' homes.

You have good professional skills, a patient focus, and the ability to see the individual needs of patients. Part of the work involves support and conversations, so you must be communicative and able to meet people at different stages. Furthermore, you have a flexible approach to solving the tasks of the workday. We would like you to be interested in working in a team and want to help develop the organization. Great emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability.
