At Hälsolänken, we have been working with workplace environment, wellness, and rehabilitation for over 40 years. We operate in Sunne, Torsby, Årjäng, Eda, Arvika, Hagfors, and Munkfors. Currently, we have approximately 500 client companies with around 14,500 employees, and our business is steadily growing.

We are an experienced team consisting of company doctors, occupational nurses, ergonomists, occupational safety engineers, social workers, behavioral scientists, wellness consultants, health therapists, and administrative staff.

About the job

The work as a company doctor is carried out both independently and in a TEAM. You will work in a promotive, preventive, and supportive manner based on identified needs in close collaboration with our clients and other professional categories. The assignments include assessing health issues of both physical and psychosocial nature, followed by planning and actions based on needs, providing advice, conducting statutory checks/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments. The work is done in close collaboration with the employer, often in multi-party discussions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a specialist-trained company doctor, a specialist in general medicine, or a licensed physician with the competence and authority to issue fitness certificates. You are passionate about meeting people, driven, creative, and attentive, with a holistic view and the ability to see the connection between work, health, and life situation.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, where empathetic communication is a significant factor, as well as the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. The work is demanding and can sometimes be perceived as stressful.

The job involves some travel, so a driver's license is required.
