The Role of Care Assistant

Several of our hourly employees have now received permanent positions with us, and we are therefore looking for you who are interested in working on an hourly basis within inpatient care when the operations need extra resources.

As a care assistant on the psychiatric ward, you will have the opportunity to work with specialized psychiatric care and meet people with various mental disabilities. Nursing care and treatment are designed in collaboration with the patient based on their specific needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a care assistant education. Previous experience within psychiatry is meritorious. To ensure you thrive with us, you take responsibility for your tasks and adapt easily to changed circumstances. You have good teamwork skills and a flexible working style, both in groups and independently. We appreciate that you are secure and stable, and have the ability to put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation without taking over the person's feelings. Personal suitability is given great importance.
