RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new physiotherapy colleague to join our group within municipal healthcare in Eksjö. Here, we work closely with our operations and patients. As an employee of Eksjö Municipality, we share the same mission and vision - We are all Eksjö Municipality.

As a physiotherapist in our operations, you conduct assessments and carry out interventions in the patient's home as well as in special housing. Based on the physiotherapist's area of expertise, you are responsible for assessing physical functional capacity and rehabilitation. You initiate treatment, training, and prescription of assistive devices with the aim of improving or maintaining the individual's abilities. You supervise nursing staff and ensure good contact with the patient's relatives in a rehabilitative approach to maintain health. As a physiotherapist, you work cross-professionally with occupational therapists, nurses, and rehab assistants, and you also collaborate with needs assessors and other healthcare providers. The position includes development work within the operations. You document in Combine and communicate in the care planning system Cosmic Link. It is an independent and varied job where you largely plan your day yourself.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. It is meritorious if you have experience as a physiotherapist. We believe that you want to work with rehabilitation in a home environment. You always put the patient's needs at the center and enjoy working in a team. You have an aptitude for leading, prioritizing, and organizing. You treat others with respect and have a positive view of people. You are computer literate, curious, and enjoy working with development projects. As a person, you are easy to collaborate with, solution-focused, structured, stress-resistant, flexible, and have a good ability for empathy.

A B-driver's license and good Swedish skills are a prerequisite for the position. Personal suitability is highly valued.
