The Women's Clinic consists of a maternity ward, antenatal ward, neonatal/gynecological ward, neonatal clinic, gynecological clinic, patient hotel, and counseling services. The gynecological clinic is located in modern, bright facilities with close collaboration with other units within women's healthcare.

In addition to scheduled outpatient activities, the clinic provides on-call services for acute patients, day care, and abortion services. We also perform outpatient procedures at our treatment department (outpatient surgery). Furthermore, we are responsible for telephone counseling, invitations, and waiting list management.

We work with individual areas of responsibility, such as midwife-led abortion clinics, endometriosis, infertility, pelvic floor issues, and administrative tasks. There are good opportunities here for you to engage and develop.

The position is designed as a rotational role with weekend shifts every fourth weekend at the neonatal/gynecological ward or the maternity ward.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed midwife or nurse

It is an advantage if you:

• have prescribing rights (midwife) and preferably some years of experience in women's healthcare.
• are accustomed to working in teams with multiple professions.
• have an interest in development work and want to contribute to improving routines and working methods.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in women's healthcare. You thrive working both independently and in teams, have good collaboration skills, are solution-oriented and flexible, and have a good approach when interacting with patients.
