Welcome to Lunden! We are a cheerful team looking to expand our ranks. We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) and are interested in working in a team environment. Lunden is a short-term care unit where people with various needs stay temporarily, making our work highly varied. As a nursing assistant, you will become an important part of our well-functioning team, working together for the individual's best interest. We work with a rehabilitative approach to maintain and improve the function of our care recipients. We apply a preference-based scheduling system, allowing you to influence your own schedule.

The work of the Care Administration is based on a common value base where security is a central concept in the work together with the individual customer. In every meeting with the individual, the operations of the Care Administration should be characterized by an approach that ensures respect, integrity, self-determination, good treatment, continuity, and influence for the individual.

Job Responsibilities

The interventions you will perform are of a varied nature and can include everything from service tasks that facilitate the customer's daily life to delegated health and medical care, such as wound dressing, training, and medication management. You support and guide the individual in all daily situations.

Requirements for the role:

• You are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska)
• Experience from working within care and social services
• Experience in performing delegated health and medical care tasks

Terms of Employment

The recruitment concerns four permanent full-time positions with 36 hours per week, with start date by agreement. The position also involves scheduled working hours including night, day, evening, and weekend shifts. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period.

As of July 1, 2023, the position of nursing assistant (undersköterska) is a protected title. Therefore, to be employed as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) is required. As a job seeker, you need to apply for the certificate yourself via the Social Services' e-service. When you show the certificate of the protected title, you get the position of nursing assistant; until then, you are employed as a care assistant (vårdbiträde).
