YOUR EXCITING ASSIGNMENT WITH US

As a nurse with us, you will be an important part of both digital and physical healthcare, where you not only conduct health assessments but also follow the patient journey through advisory conversations via video and phone. Your work will take you on travels across Sweden, starting from Malmö, and when you are not out with clients, you will work entirely remotely from home. Once a month, the entire team gathers at the Stockholm office for joint team days. We work daytime, Monday to Friday.

In short, you will among other things;

• Conduct health assessments for our clients' employees. Here you can read more about how our health assessments are conducted.

• Follow up results in advisory conversations via video or phone – this is where your real impact is made!

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and conduct health assessments

In addition to the nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with wonderful colleagues in other areas of expertise, such as Customer Success, Tech, and Sales!

Every other week, the travels are within the Malmö area, and every other week you will travel to other parts of the country/Nordics, with overnight stays included.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

In addition to a strong interest in health, the minimum requirements to apply for a nurse position with us are as follows:

• At least one year of clinical experience as a licensed nurse.

• Driver's license B and the ability to travel for work.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

IT WOULD BE MAGICAL IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in advisory conversations over the phone/video, especially regarding mental health or other relevant health areas as the main subject.

• Experience from ASIH.

• Experience from emergency care.

• MI training that you have applied in previous assignments.

• Experience from service professions.

• Language skills in Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or German.

• Interest/education in health coaching, health pedagogy, or dietary advice.

Extent: Permanent, 100%
