Assignment Description
- Client: Sävsjö municipality
- Period: As soon as possible until June 30, 2026
- Scope: Full-time
- Working hours: Weekdays 08:00-17:00
Job Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess the need for assistance within elderly care
- Make decisions according to applicable legislation
- Follow-up and collaboration
- Documentation in operational systems
Requirements Profile
- Education: Degree in Social Work
- Experience: At least 5 years of case management in elderly care
- Skills: Combine, Cosmic Link, current legislation, digital tools
- Personal qualities: Independent, cooperative, structured
- Other: Excellent Swedish, B driver's license
