1. Military Police Battalion
The Military Police Battalion is a military unit with the primary task of maintaining public order and security within the Armed Forces. The battalion's tasks include maintaining public order and security, conducting security operations, investigations, handling detained individuals, and supporting mobility.
Investigation Section
The Investigation Section belongs to the battalion's staff and support squadron and supports the battalion in investigative services. The Investigation Section is a small unit with the goal of being the Armed Forces' leading unit in criminal investigations. The Investigation Section is part of the military unit 1. Military Police Battalion and trains and exercises to effectively support the battalion in investigative services. In parallel, the Investigation Section has the competence and capacity to investigate crimes within the Armed Forces.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Investigation Section in daily operations and participate in developing the section to meet future demands. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Investigation Section
- Planning and following up on operations
- Developing the section's capabilities
- Personnel administration
There are good opportunities for further development within the unit.
REQUIREMENTS
- Driver's license B
- Trained specialist officer OR 6-7 (alternatively officer OF 1)
- Meets the Armed Forces' physical requirements (FM FysS)
Personal Qualities
The role of the head of the Investigation Section involves leadership with personnel responsibility. This means that in addition to good personal leadership qualities, you need to have a good ability for organization and administration. You are meticulous and reliable. You have a high work capacity and can absorb large amounts of information and translate this into operations. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Trained military police
- Experience in investigative services
- Experience as a platoon leader
