We are looking for an engaged and experienced educator who wants to take a key role in our work to develop quality, methods, and user-centered interventions. About the position

As an educator at Unika Nimbus, you will drive the development of our quality and method work. You will work both long-term and hands-on, ensuring that our methods are based on evidence, structure, and the individual needs of users.

The position includes close collaboration with colleagues, users, and management, and you will be an integral part of our local management team.

Examples of tasks:

  • Drive and develop quality and method work at both strategic and operational levels

  • Conduct, document, and follow up on risk analyses

  • Guide and support colleagues in method and quality work

  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute professional perspectives

  • Implement and, if necessary, train in methods and working methods

  • Work closely with users to ensure individualized interventions

  • Conduct environmental monitoring and translate knowledge into practice

  • Actively participate in Unika Nimbus's local management team

  • Contribute to internal follow-up, development projects, and improvement work

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong educational background and a genuine commitment to quality and method development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in education or other relevant education

  • Experience working in quality management systems

  • Experience in guiding method work

  • Good knowledge of structured pedagogy, especially TEACCH

  • Experience in user-centered work within support or educational activities

  • Ability to drive development work independently

Meritorious:

  • Experience in guiding and training staff

  • Experience working within LSS

  • Knowledge of low-arousal approaches, AAC, or other special educational methods

  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams

  • Experience in documentation in digital management systems

  • Experience in follow-up, analysis, or development projects

Employment conditions

Employment type: Permanent with a probationary period Working hours: 80% Working time: Daytime but occasional evenings may occur if needed for the assignment Start date: By agreement Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
