Sydassistans is now looking for an engaged personal assistant for a lively, positive, social, and active 25-year-old girl who, due to her disabilities, requires round-the-clock assistance, including sleeping duty. You will be an important part of her daily life and help her live a meaningful and active life. The girl enjoys music, horseback riding, dancing, swimming, and playing. You will assist her when she is at her daily activities, help plan and structure her day, and assist with communication.

To be a good match for this role, you need to have a creative and playful personality, be attentive, flexible, and responsible. You must be able to work during the summer.

Sydassistans follows the collective agreement for personal assistants established by Fremia.

Sydassistans AB has been providing personal assistance to people with disabilities in southern Sweden since its inception in 1994. One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. With the guiding principles of Security, Respect, and Quality of Life, we work to ensure that our clients, despite their disabilities, can live as normal a life as possible. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants. At Sydassistans, we offer our employees training relevant to the work with their specific client.

The personal assistant's contribution is of great significance to our client's overall quality of life. In the role of a personal assistant, you help your client with the parts of life that they would have done themselves if they had the opportunity. As a personal assistant, you become very important in the client's life.
