Sydassistans is now looking for an engaged personal assistant for a lively, positive, social, and active 25-year-old girl who, due to her disabilities, requires round-the-clock assistance, including sleeping duty. You will be an important part of her daily life and help her live a meaningful and active life. The girl enjoys music, horseback riding, dancing, swimming, and playing. Among other things, you will assist her when she is at her daily activities, help plan and structure her day, and assist with communication.

To be a good match for this assignment, you need to have a creative and playful personality, be attentive, flexible, and responsible. You who are applying need to be able to work in the summer. 

Sydassistans follows the collective agreement for personal assistants signed by Fremia.

Sydassistans AB has been providing personal assistance to people with disabilities in southern Sweden since its inception in 1994. One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. With the guiding principles of Safety, Respect, and Quality of Life, we work to ensure that our clients, despite their disabilities, can live as normal a life as possible. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants. At Sydassistans, we offer our employees training that is relevant to working with your specific client.

The personal assistant's contribution is of great importance to our clients' overall living situation. In the role of personal assistant, you help your client with the parts of life that they would have done themselves if the opportunity existed. As a personal assistant, you become very significant in the client's life.
