Our Operations
At NIMA, the neurosurgery intermediate care unit, neurosurgical and neurological patients in need of intermediate or postoperative care are treated. Our acute intake mainly consists of intermediate care patients who are too ill for a regular ward but do not require full-scale intensive care. Our postoperative patients are usually part of a planned operation and come to us for a shorter period postoperatively.
Together with skilled nurses and doctors, we form a winning and developing team. We have close collaboration with NIVA, which is located on the same floor and ward, to make care as effective and safe as possible for our patients. Our expertise is advanced monitoring of the body's vital parameters to create the best possible conditions for the brain and to reduce the risk of complications. Our staff group consists of both experienced nurses and nursing assistants as well as newly graduated professionals.
Your Mission
As a nursing assistant, you will be responsible for basic care and monitoring of vital parameters. You will work closely with nurses and doctors in a team. Together, we provide the best care for our patients.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. Experience in hospital care is an advantage.
Your Skills
We value good care and a positive attitude. The variation in work requires you to be flexible and able to quickly adapt to urgent situations, while also working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks by driving your work forward in a structured manner. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively within given time frames. In collaboration with others, you are attentive and contribute to constructive solutions, and you communicate clearly to ensure that information is conveyed and followed up as needed. Personal qualities are highly valued.

At NIMA, we work according to the points model, which is a scheduling model that provides more opportunities for recovery and flexibility. Rotation shifts are applied in the department, meaning work during the day, evening, and night. We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement.
We offer you an introduction tailored to your experience as a nursing assistant. The introduction includes both clinical service and theoretical training days with our educational nurse and educational nursing assistant. After your onboarding, you will meet our educational nursing assistant who acts as a support in your development through advice and guidance in daily work.
