Our Business

Örsundsbro is a beautiful community between Enköping and Uppsala. There are very good bus connections from Örsundsbro to Uppsala, Enköping, Västerås, and Stockholm.

At our modern clinic with three treatment rooms, six dedicated employees currently work alongside the clinic management. We are characterized by high competence, great commitment, and pride in the high-quality dental care and service we offer our patients.

Your Mission

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for quality, work environment, finances, and business development. You will ensure that the clinic operates in line with our goals and values and actively contributes to collaboration and participation within the organization. You create participation, build engagement, and drive improvement work while also being an active and present clinician.

We are looking for an experienced dentist with a strong interest in leadership. Experience in a leadership role is a plus but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are confident, clear, and want to help develop the business together with your team. Here, you will grow both as a leader and a clinician and help shape a developing organization. Experience in change and improvement work is a plus.
