The Role

We are looking for summer substitutes for Liljebacken's care and nursing home in Tärnsjö.

• You create a safe and pleasant environment where each individual receives the care they need, which includes everything from personal care and service to social support.
• You play a crucial role in supporting our users in their daily lives.
• You participate in planning and implementing activities that promote social community and health.
• You document according to the Social Services Act and should be able to receive delegation to perform medication and rehabilitation interventions after delegation.
• You perform cleaning in our common areas.
• You work closely with other employees to ensure high quality in care.

The working hours are distributed over days, evenings, or nights. Currently, the schedule is set up so that you work 2 out of 5 weekends (not in a row). If you work at least 75% during weeks 25-32, there will be a bonus of 2000 SEK.

Is this you?

We want you to:

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, be used to documenting on a computer, and reporting both orally and in writing.
• Be responsible, secure, engaged, analytical, and have an easy time collaborating.
• Be able to understand other people's perspectives and situations.
• Have the ability to structure and prioritize your work.
• In stressful situations, remain calm, be stable, and focus on solutions.
• Complete delegation training regarding medication so that you can help distribute medication to those in need.
• Have the opportunity to finish your introduction before week 25, but we would like you to be able to start working part-time earlier.
• Be able to work the entire summer, weeks 25-32.

It is an advantage if you have experience and education in the field you are applying for. We would like you to have completed some web-based training regarding reception and hygiene routines on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have completed any of these trainings, we ask you to attach these diplomas to your application.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
