Occupational Therapist to Forenede Care Uppsala Home Care We are currently growing rapidly and need to expand our operations with an additional occupational therapist.

About us

Forenede Care provides home healthcare on behalf of Uppsala municipality and caters to individuals aged 65 and older. We work person-centered and in interdisciplinary teams where you collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff. Here you will receive close support from both colleagues and management – and the opportunity to influence and develop in your role.

As an occupational therapist in home care, you will have a varied and independent job where you will:

• Conduct ADL and mobility assessments

• Assess the need for housing adaptations

• Prescribe and trial assistive devices

• Support clients in maintaining and developing their abilities

• Guide care staff and participate in care planning

You will be a key person in the team and work closely with “your” home care group.

Who are you? You are a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Preferably have experience in elderly care and home rehabilitation

• Can work independently and thrive in a team

• Are solution-focused, confident, and have a pleasant demeanor

• Have a B driver's license

Job description

We are currently looking for an occupational therapist for a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, with a workload of 80-100%.

Meritorious You are a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Preferably have experience in elderly care and home rehabilitation

• Are solution-focused, confident, and have a pleasant demeanor

• Have a B driver's license
