Our Operations

Pharmaceuticals and pharmacy, with about 100 employees, constitutes the hospital pharmacy function of Akademiska sjukhuset and consists of the departments of Pharmaceutical Supply, Pharmaceutical Preparation, Department Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacy. Currently, about 30 clinical pharmacists work within the Clinical Pharmacy department, located at Akademiska sjukhuset, the Hospital in Enköping, and the Primary Care Unit in Ulleråker.

Your Mission

You will be employed in the Clinical Pharmacy unit, placed on the care department at the Hospital in Enköping. Your main tasks will be to conduct medication reviews and to provide competency support for doctors and other healthcare staff. You will work for increased patient safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in the field of pharmaceuticals – in multiprofessional teams and always with the patient at the center.

Your Qualifications

The requirement for eligibility is that you are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a master's degree. Additionally, you should have completed basic courses in clinical pharmacy. Experience in clinical work or a master's degree in clinical pharmacy is an advantage. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and ability to collaborate.
